Continuing with the new take on design in the real estate and housing industry, I saw potential in the shape of the H to create a modern and elegant house facade. As Harrington is a premium contracting company, I needed to express that feature both in the construction of the H and the choice of colors. Going with a deep navy blue and a rich gold-ish tan, the company is both high class and dependable. I developed variations of the H icon to work in different use cases, as well as multiple variations of the wordmark that may be suited better for apparel stitching, business cards, etc.
