The Process, Start to Finish
Onboarding
Before we can jump into the fun stuff, we need to meet! The first step of the process is to inquire. From there, we will review the form details and send over our brand discovery questionnaire.
Once we have the questionnaire, we can setup a quick meeting to answer questions, get to know each other more, and talk about the project at hand in better detail. After the meeting, we’ll send over project proposals, iron out contact preferences, and finalize the initial invoice to lock in the project! Once the materials are signed off on and paid, we can start the countdown.
1. Discover
Your business is important to us, so we need to discover all there is to know. This is more than just a simple logo on a screen, it is the core of who you are! Our discovery phase starts with strategy, direction, and planning. Things to start thinking about:
Your brand’s core values
Your desired voice
Your message to the masses
Your target audience
Your future plans
These themes will be explored in our tailored questionnaire and discussed in the follow up meeting. This is where the magic happens!
2. Design
This is where we take the reigns. The design phase is full of fun, creativity, and interesting ideas. With the base formed, we can develop mood boards to really drive the creative direction home. Mood boards will have the chance at 1 revision if tweaks are needed to the chosen direction.
Once we’re set to go, it’s time to dig into the meat and potatoes. We’ll develop the needed materials, present them to you with in-depth explanations on what works, why it does, and how the design is best suited for you and your business. From there we will take some time to reflect, share with a few close friends and family, and gather insights for revisions as needed.
Once a final design is reached, any added materials will be created and presented in a future meeting.
3. Succeed
Now that the project is wrapping up, it’s time to start prepping for success. With the final designs signed off on and the closing invoice processed, we will gather the necessary files and transfer all of the materials to you. Your files will include a variety of formats, colors, and directions for use in the brand guide. Now the only thing to do is show off!
